I had a decent stay, but there were several aspects that could use improvement. The location is great for exploring downtown Gatlinburg, and some amenities like the exercise room are nice touches. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was a letdown, and the breakfast options left a lot to be desired. Overall, it was okay for the price, but I don't think I'd return.

Rooms

The room was poorly cleaned, with trash left behind and a hole where the peep hole should have been. The bedding had stains, and the towels seemed insufficient for five people.
Service

The service was hit or miss. While some staff were friendly, I encountered one who was quite unpleasant and hard to understand during check-in.
Location

The breakfast was pretty sad, with limited options and not much variety. It was nice that everything was hot, but it felt cheap overall.

The facilities, such as the exercise room, were nice, but overall they did not make up for the room issues.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was quite convenient, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions. The rooms were decent, but I ran into some cleanliness issues. Breakfast was basic and the dining area was too small to accommodate everyone comfortably. Overall, I found it to be a fair value, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Rooms

The room we had was clean overall, but we did notice some cleanliness issues when we first walked in, like a towel left from previous occupants. A few renovations seemed incomplete, making it feel a bit shabby.
Service

The service was hit or miss. While some staff members were okay, I felt there were communication issues when I needed assistance.
Location
8.0
The hotel was in a good spot, easy to walk to attractions in the area while being far enough from the main traffic, which was a definite plus.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was very basic with limited options. The eating area felt overcrowded, and they seemed to run out of food quickly.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were modest and seemed to be affected by ongoing construction, but the common areas were quite bare.

I had a pretty good stay overall, with a fantastic location that made it easy to walk around Gatlinburg. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which made for a pleasant experience. However, some issues with the TV and desk power made things a bit frustrating. Plus, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing when I needed help. Despite some hiccups, for the price, it was a decent value.

My stay at the Clarion Pointe Downtown Gatlinburg had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic for exploring downtown, and the breakfast was quite enjoyable. However, the service left much to be desired, and the rooms could definitely use some improvements. Overall, it's decent for the price, but not without its issues.

Dining

Breakfast offered a nice variety with waffles, muffins, and fruit, but it was nothing extravagant. I wish there had been more hot options available.
Facilities

While the hotel has basic amenities, it does feel quite dated, and some areas could use a significant renovation. The facilities are functional but not modern or luxurious.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be a decent option for a family getaway. The location was really convenient, allowing us to explore the Gatlinburg strip with ease. While the room was clean and comfy, I had a few issues with the service, mainly with room access. The breakfast was a definite highlight with tasty options, though I wish it was a bit more organized. Overall, it was a good experience considering the value.

Rooms
