I had a decent stay, but there were several aspects that could use improvement. The location is great for exploring downtown Gatlinburg, and some amenities like the exercise room are nice touches. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was a letdown, and the breakfast options left a lot to be desired. Overall, it was okay for the price, but I don't think I'd return.

Rooms

The room was poorly cleaned, with trash left behind and a hole where the peep hole should have been. The bedding had stains, and the towels seemed insufficient for five people.
Service

The service was hit or miss. While some staff were friendly, I encountered one who was quite unpleasant and hard to understand during check-in.
Location

The breakfast was pretty sad, with limited options and not much variety. It was nice that everything was hot, but it felt cheap overall.
Facilities

The facilities, such as the exercise room, were nice, but overall they did not make up for the room issues.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was quite convenient, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions. The rooms were decent, but I ran into some cleanliness issues. Breakfast was basic and the dining area was too small to accommodate everyone comfortably. Overall, I found it to be a fair value, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The room we had was clean overall, but we did notice some cleanliness issues when we first walked in, like a towel left from previous occupants. A few renovations seemed incomplete, making it feel a bit shabby.
Service
5.0
The service was hit or miss. While some staff members were okay, I felt there were communication issues when I needed assistance.
Location
8.0
The hotel was in a good spot, easy to walk to attractions in the area while being far enough from the main traffic, which was a definite plus.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was very basic with limited options. The eating area felt overcrowded, and they seemed to run out of food quickly.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were modest and seemed to be affected by ongoing construction, but the common areas were quite bare.

I had a pretty good stay overall, with a fantastic location that made it easy to walk around Gatlinburg. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which made for a pleasant experience. However, some issues with the TV and desk power made things a bit frustrating. Plus, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing when I needed help. Despite some hiccups, for the price, it was a decent value.

Rooms

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, making it a cozy place to rest. However, the TV didn't function properly, which was frustrating.

I found the service to be lacking, especially when I had issues with the TV and phone. It took a long time for maintenance to respond, which was disappointing.

The hotel has a great location; it’s within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg, making it convenient to explore restaurants and attractions.
Dining

Breakfast was quite basic, with minimal options available, but I guess for the price, it’s understandable. A little more variety would have been nice.
Facilities

The hotel appears to be undergoing renovations, so some areas looked updated, but there were a few issues with the room that need addressing.

My stay at the Clarion Pointe Downtown Gatlinburg had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic for exploring downtown, and the breakfast was quite enjoyable. However, the service left much to be desired, and the rooms could definitely use some improvements. Overall, it’s decent for the price, but not without its issues.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms could definitely use some updating; we faced issues like broken lights and slow hot water. My room had some minor flaws, which made it less than ideal for a relaxing stay.
Service
5.0
Service was a bit disappointing overall. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very proactive in addressing our concerns, leaving us feeling neglected at times.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to all the attractions in downtown Gatlinburg, which is a huge plus if you don’t want to hassle with parking.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast offered a nice variety with waffles, muffins, and fruit, but it was nothing extravagant. I wish there had been more hot options available.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel has basic amenities, it does feel quite dated, and some areas could use a significant renovation. The facilities are functional but not modern or luxurious.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be a decent option for a family getaway. The location was really convenient, allowing us to explore the Gatlinburg strip with ease. While the room was clean and comfy, I had a few issues with the service, mainly with room access. The breakfast was a definite highlight with tasty options, though I wish it was a bit more organized. Overall, it was a good experience considering the value.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I had to switch rooms three times due to key issues. That was frustrating.
Service
6.0
The staff was helpful when we had issues with our room keys, but the process at check-in could be smoother.
Location
9.0
The location is perfect for enjoying Gatlinburg, being close enough to walk to attractions yet far enough to feel peaceful.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was delicious with options like waffles and eggs, though the area felt a bit cramped during peak hours.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were adequate with everything we needed, but I didn't get a chance to use the pool, which looked inviting.
